One less fader move during the show
Raising the pre-show BGM, holding the room for a moment, and fading out on cue is not hard. It is just one more thing to do at exactly the moment a one-person PA setup is already busy.
aorisage handles that move. It sits on the BGM track and changes gain only, so your track fader and mixer routing can stay where they are.
What it does
Boost
Move from the normal BGM Level to a louder Boost Level over the time and curve you choose.
Hold
Keep the boosted level. Use Auto to continue after a fixed Hold Time, or Manual to hold until you trigger the next step.
Fade Out
Fade to the End Level on cue. End Level can be Mute or a specific dB value.
Return
Bring the BGM back after the show, during an intermission, or whenever you need it again.
Tuned for live operators
Boost time, boost amount, fade-out time, return time, and curve choices are all adjustable. Settings can be named and color-coded so different show moments can have different behavior.
aorisage changes level only. It does not EQ, compress, widen, or otherwise reshape the tone of the BGM.
Trigger options
- Main button
- Shortcut key
- DAW automation through Main Trigger
- MIDI Note / CC routed to Main Trigger
A sustain-pedal style workflow is possible when your DAW or MIDI routing can send the needed trigger behavior: hold the pedal to keep the room lifted, then release or send the next trigger to begin the fade out.
